Anchovies, quail eggs, and shrimp

These skewers of anchovies, quail eggs, and little bitty shrimp were delicious! Jess, of course, got the shrimp (gamba) and the anchovies touching it; I finished off the remaining anchovies and egg. The layered flavor and saltiness of the anchovies was well balanced by the simplicity of the egg and shrimp. One of many new favorites.
